Immediately after releasing his first EP in 2009, the attentions of DJs across the world were grabbed and for good reason. A year later, his single "bliss" appeared on Armin van Buuren's A State of Trance, which put him on the radar for major trance fans. Later that year, his big break came when he was signed to Above & Beyond's label, Anjunabeats. His collaboration with Mat Zo titled "Rebound" was voted Webvote Winner three different times by the radio show Trance Around The World. Since 2011, Arty has held a monthly residency on Anjunabeats' radio show. He's continuously been featured on the Top 100 DJs in the world poll and has been nominated twice for different IDMA awards.
